LocalCharts on the Fediverse?

The title says it all: it’d be cool to publish LocalCharts on the Fediverse. Recently Wordpress gave this option to all its users, which means people could follow my blog straight from e.g. Mastodon.

I’d be down for this if someone wants to help me figure out how to use the plugin. I considered https://lemmy.ml/ when I was looking for software early on for LocalCharts, but decided against it because it didn’t have enough features, and because it looked like there was interest in building discourse integration with the fediverse.
